This is my seventh year at the helm of the Lady Helen and am very proud to have retained the Michelin star during that time. I’m also blessed to have long-standing relationships with our suppliers and producers who take as much pride in their work as we do. The team at the Lady Helen constantly strive to keep the standards of service high and retaining the Michelin star is a wonderful reward for the effort.”

Always elevating the guest experience, Chef John has introduced an eight course Tasting Menu to the Lady Helen for spring, featuring seasonal ingredients and new dishes. The new menu is priced at €140 per person with wine pairing priced at €75 per person, there is a new vegetarian Tasting Menu option also.
