On Monday December 4th, for what promises to be a very special dining event, Library Street is taking over dining at the Manor House at Castlemartyr Resort, where they will bring their unique dining experience to the East Cork resort.
Castlemartyr Resort is delighted to welcome Library Street Chef Patron Kevin Burke to the resort for the culinary takeover as they share a philosophy of creating dishes using the best ingredients for delicious dining.
Library Street Chef Patron Kevin said, “I think we have created a special offering at Library Street. Every member of the team lends their personal skill to creating our dishes and menus, so it’s going to be an interesting experience touring what it is we do at another venue. We respect the ingredients, and balance creating delicious flavours with an enjoyable dining experience. It’s about more than the food.”
