Having joined the team in January 2022 as Sous-Chef, just two months before the hotel’s grand opening, Stefan immediately showcased the rich experience and culinary expertise he had honed under the tutelage of legendary Irish chefs, Neven Maguire and Derry Clarke. His pedigree, dedication, and passion for the culinary arts were evident from his very first day at The Bishop’s Buttery.
