Castlemartyr Resort is delighted to announce a gastronomic collaboration with Ballymaloe House Hotel to celebrate the internationally awarded culinary talent in the locale. The Gourmet Experience at Castlemartyr Resort offers guests the prospect of being surrounded by five-star luxury, enjoying sublime dining in two historic East Cork estates.

Terre at Castlemartyr Resort is a Michelin-star awarded restaurant, that immerses guests in avant-garde dining. Chef Patron Vincent Crepel brings all he has learned from his time working in the world’s finest restaurants to the best larder in Ireland and places umami at the heart of each dish. Served in the luxurious Manor House at Castlemartyr Resort, guests experience dining within the Chef’s kitchen followed by service in the serene dining room for an experiential culinary encounter.

A Culinary Celebration at Castlemartyr Resort

Ballymaloe House Hotel boasts a sixty-year culinary hospitality history and is recognised as the birthplace of modern Irish cuisine. Today, Ballymaloe offers guests modern Irish fusion dishes made with the very best Irish and local ingredients, many of which are sustainably grown on the Ballymaloe farm. Guests can enjoy Chef Dervilla O’Flynn’s menu, traditionally served in the Yeats Dining Room.

The Gourmet Experience at Castlemartyr Resort is priced from €1,115 per person for two nights in a Deluxe Room.
