The Grain Store at Killruddery, Co. Wicklow wins the All Ireland Award for Best Sustainable Practices at the 2023 Irish Restaurant Awards

Fionnuala and Anthony Brabazon, Lord and Lady Ardee of Killruddery are thrilled to announce that The Grain Store at Killruddery was awarded the All Ireland Award for Best Sustainable Practices at the 2023 Irish Restaurant Awards, which took place on Monday evening the 15th May.

The awards which took place in the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road were attended by the very best of restaurateurs, chefs and hospitality management in Ireland, with awards covering a wide range of venues and the winners selected from categories including Best Emerging Irish Cuisine, Best Restaurant Manager, Best Casual Dining and Best Customer Service, amongst others.

Now in their 14th year, the Irish Restaurant Awards continue to showcase the incredible food that is on offer in the cafes, pubs and restaurants of Ireland, as well as recognising the teams behind these establishments and the hard work and dedication that they put in.

The Grain Store, located in Killruddery Yard and is open six days a week, Tuesday to Sunday, using ingredients from the Walled Garden and Farm to create menus for breakfast, lunch, Seasonal Supper Clubs and private celebrations. Head Chef Niall O’Sullivan and his team put provenance first, using seasonal and local ingredients in all they create.
