Kaneco to showcase Alto-Shaam’s leading kitchen equipment solutions at CATEX 2023
Latest innovations deliver higher levels of quality and consistency. Labour, energy and cost savings for operators
(Stand H15 – CATEX, Ireland, 21-23 February 2023) – Kaneco, one of Ireland’s leading commercial kitchen specialists, will showcase Alto-Shaam’s complete kitchen equipment solutions including its latest innovation in the multi-cook category, Converge Multi-Cook Ovens at CATEX 2023.
CATEX is Ireland’s largest foodservice and hospitality trade event, attracting operators and industry professionals from throughout the country. Kaneco will use the event to introduce Alto-Shaam’s innovative Converge Multi-Cook Ovens, which provide up to three independent ovens in one. By pairing controlled humidity and the patented vertical air flow of Structured Air Technology®, Converge Multi-Cook Ovens allow operators to steam, bake, grill, and air fry at the exact same time, in the same oven, without sacrificing quality.
Converge has also been selected among the finalists within the Heavy Equipment category for the IFSA Awards Programme 2023, which take place in conjunction with CATEX. As a finalist, CATEX will present a short presentation on the ovens to a panel of judges and industry experts, with the winners being announced on 21 February at the show.
Kaneco will also use CATEX to showcase Alto-Shaam’s award-winning Vector ovens which, thanks to Structured Air Technology®, can cook twice as much food up to two-times faster than traditional counterparts.
The patented technology features high-velocity, focused heat that provides more even and consistent cooking and the highest quality output—all in a compact, ventless footprint. In addition, Kaneco will also display Alto-Shaam’s portfolio of smart solutions on stand that deliver key energy and labour savings for operators – including their pioneering Cook & Hold ovens, smoker ovens, heated holding and waterless hot food wells.
