Christmas Whiskey & Salmon Special Selection Released by Burren Smokehouse 

Birgitta Hedin-Curtin, founder of the Burren Smokehouse, is delighted to announce the release of a 2022 limited edition special selection. 

The Christmas Whiskey and Salmon Special costs €115 + delivery and consists of 3 X 500g packs of half salmon sides in marinades that have never been used before by the award-winning smokehouse.   

500g Burren Cold Smoked Irish Organic Salmon with Waterford Whisky* 

500g Burren Hot Smoked Irish Organic Salmon with Waterford Whisky*, Lemon Zest & Cracked Black Pepper 

500g Organic Burren Gravadlax infused with Waterford Whisky*, Dill and Orange Zest (Gravadlax is the Scandinavian variation of unsmoked salmon, marinated with salt, sugar, whiskey and dill and is a nod to Birgitta’s native Sweden.)

The Burren Smokehouse delivers to every corner of Ireland and beyond.  A number of items may be shipped to non-EU counties including USA and Japan.
