Five-star Palladian Manor, Dining Star of Derry and Secluded Mountain Lodge join Ireland’s Blue Book for 2022
A host of Ireland’s foodie and hospitality elite gathered recently in Virginia Park Lodge, County Cavan recently for the announcement of three new members to Ireland’s Blue Book in 2022. Cashel Palace Hotel in Tipperary, Browns Bonds Hill in Derry and private rental property, The Wicklow Escape in Wicklow were added, bringing to 59 the total number of properties in this exquisite collection. Richard and Deirdre served their discerning guests a mouth-watering selection of delicious canapés and fresh oysters served with Gosset Champagne.
