Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa Appoints Lorna Jankovic as Spa Manager Ahead of Wellness Expansion

The appointment marks a significant step in the hotel’s investment in luxury wellness

Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa has announced the appointment of Lorna Jankovic as Spa Manager, marking a significant step in the hotel’s continued investment in luxury wellness. The Kerry-based destination is preparing to unveil a new phase of innovation at its award-winning spa, with a focus on immersive, results-driven and deeply restorative guest experiences.

With extensive experience across luxury hotels and destination spas in Ireland and Europe, Jankovic brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational expertise to the role.

Her career includes senior positions with The Shelbourne in Dublin, Corinthia Hotels International across the UK, Malta and Portugal, as well as wellness cruiseliner Steiner Transocean. Throughout her career, she has led complex spa operations, driven commercial performance, and developed high-performing teams across leading luxury brands.

“Our aim is to offer something that feels like a true reset,” says Jankovic. “We want guests to step away from constant stimulation and reconnect — through touch, presence and thoughtful care. It’s about creating space for intentional rest and holistic luxury. When guests leave The Spa at Aghadoe, they should feel lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.”

Her appointment comes at a pivotal time for The Spa at Aghadoe, with a series of new developments set to be announced in the coming months. These include the introduction of new treatments, the expansion of bespoke therapies, and continued innovation in holistic wellness programming designed to meet the evolving expectations of today’s spa guest.
