Faithlegg is awarded for their Food and Beverage at the Waterford Business Awards
Faithlegg was awarded for their Food & Beverage at the Waterford Business Awards which was held through a virtual ceremony on Friday, March 4th.
Led by brilliant Head Chef Jenny Flynn, Faithlegg is home to the Roseville Rooms Restaurant, 2 AA Rosette holder and a proud member of Good Food Ireland, the Red Cedar Lounge and the newest addition to the hotel – Bar 1783.
The Waterford Business Awards, which are organised by Waterford Chamber, Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber and WLR, celebrated the successes and contributions of the shortlisted companies.
Opening proceedings, An Taoiseach Michéal Martin, congratulated all those nominated by saying: “I believe it more important than ever, that we take time to acknowledge the resilience, determination and hard work and of course the success of so many in our business community and I am glad to have this opportunity to do this with you today.”“For all of you here today you can reflect on 2021, and what you have achieved in this strangest of years, with great pride and as we look to 2022 and beyond, despite all the new challenges that will emerge you can do so with optimism.”
Working with Jenny is a dedicated team in the kitchen showcasing a taste of Waterford across the hotel’s restaurants, bar and event dining, using seasonal vegetables from local farms and partnering with artisan producers in the region. The team’s passion for local suppliers and using the abundance of great ingredients on their doorstep in Waterford continues to inform the food at Faithlegg.
