Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accepting deliveries
- Organising colored bottles, cans and other foreign materials from the bar.
- Responsible for keeping the yard clean and presentable; sweeping etc.
- Prioritise and complete day to day repair tasks as reported on the PMS system
- Complete any standard daily, weekly or monthly checks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Work on any larger project items on a planned basis and as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Work on any preventative maintenance programmes at the hotel
- Liaise with and facilitate the work of any external contractors that may be undertaking work at the hotel during your shift.
Requirements:
- 2+ years Maintenance experience.
