The resort is seeking to attract suitable candidates for the position of ‘Director of Banqueting and Events’ and ‘Assistant Director of Food and Beverage’. The new team members will be inspirational leaders in their specialist areas and bring their wide experience to the expanding Adare Manor team as they consistently strive to deliver unrivalled customer service and a most memorable experience for guests from throughout Ireland and around the world.
Since re-opening in November 2017, after an extensive restoration, refurbishment and expansion programme, Adare Manor has attracted worldwide attention and collected a number of international awards and accolades. Just recently, the resort was confirmed as the venue for golf’s most prestigious international tournament, the Ryder Cup, in 2026. Director of Banqueting and Events
Adare Manor is looking for an exceptional leader to join the team as ‘Director of Banqueting and Events’. The role calls for a creative individual with in-depth knowledge of the current industry trends and have the ability to lead, nurture and inspire the great team at Adare Manor to over-excel in providing the world class service that guests have come to expect at the luxury resort. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the ethos and luxury of Adare Manor and possess an intuitive service style that reflects this culture. This new Directorial position is responsible for the overall success of the Banquets and Events at the five-star Adare Manor.
Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
Adare Manor is also seeking to appoint a highly experienced special food and beverage candidate to support the leadership of the team, as ‘Assistant Director of Food and Beverage’. In this exciting role, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to work with an award winning team including alongside the Director of Food and Beverage. Together, they will oversee the dining and banqueting operations in the Manor House, which include the elegant fine dining in The Oak Room, The Drawing Room, The Gallery, The Tack Room, the In-Room Dining and Banqueting Operations. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader who is passionate about supporting highly energised teams to provide world-class service. They will strive to continually develop and improve the product, ensuring the resort continues to maintain its position as a market leader.
