iNua Hospitality Appoints Senior Management Team, As Hotel Group Seeks To Grow Portfolio

iNua Hospitality, one of the largest regional hotel groups in Ireland, has today announced four new appointments to its senior management team as the company targets continued growth. The new appointments join the company’s senior management team which includes Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Noel Creedon and Director’s Paul Fitzgerald and Sean O’Driscoll. 

 

 

 The expansion of the team follows a strong financial performance for iNua Hospitality over the last four years and the recent acquisition of its seventh hotel, The Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Co. Sligo. iNua Hospitality recorded an EBITDA of €7.1 million in 2017 and is targeting a 34% increase in EBITDA over the next five years, to €9.5 million by the end of 2022.

 

These strategic hires will add to the company’s existing capabilities and strengthen expertise in sales, marketing, human resources, training and finance. The four new iNua Hospitality appointments are: Brenda Murphy, Group Director of Sales, Marketing & Yield: Brenda Murphy joins iNua Hospitality from Castlemartyr Resort in Co. Cork, where she was Director of Sales and Marketing for over three years. Brenda previously held sales and marketing roles with the Radisson Blu Hotel Group and the Absolute Hotel Group. 

 

Joanna Hannick, Group Sales and Marketing Manager: Joanna Hannick joins the iNua sales & marketing management team. Joanna previously held senior sales and marketing roles with the Hudson Bay Group, Waterford Castle Hotel & Golf Resort and The Lyrath Hotel, Kilkenny. 

 

Deirdre Buckley, Director of Human Resources and Training: Deirdre Buckley’s previous hospitality experience includes Human Resource Manager at the Blarney Park Hotel, Co. Cork; Hotel Kilkenny, Co. Kilkenny and the Maldron Hotel Group. Deirdre also worked in the retail sector as Human Resource Manager with Supervalu and the Barry Group. 

 

Eugene Harrington, Group Financial Controller: Eugene Harrington has over 7 years of experience in hospitality finance. Prior to his appointment at iNua Hospitality, Eugene held the role of Financial Controller at the Radisson Blu Hotel Little Island, the ILS Group and Kevin O’Leary Motor Group.
