Ground & Co in Salthill to trial Brunch collection service

Ground & Co Salthill will trial from this Sunday a brunch call and collect service. The award-winning Café will open their brunch collection service from 10am to 2pm this Sunday 19 April. The call and collect brunch will see menu favourites including the Ground fry, A veggie fry with flat capped mushrooms, Halloumi, wilted spinach and sweetcorn fritters with eggs your way, The breakfast bun with pudding, sausages, lightly fried egg, rashers on a brioche bun and Leroys Sausage roll with homemade relish available only. There will be no coffee or hot drinks offering.



“We have been inundated with requests for food from our Salthill Café, so this Sunday we are trailing how this can possibly become a regular whilst we are all dealing with the reality of what is happening. This is new territory for us all, so we want to walk before we can run. Safety of our staff and our customers is our main concern,” explained Kevin Nugent MD of Tribe Hospitality Group.



Pre orders are only accepted, there will be no walk by sales accepted for food. It will be a call, pay on Saturday and then collect only on Sunday.
