Ashford Castle Launches Click & Collect

You may not be able to stay at Ashford Castle right now, but you can still enjoy a taste of Ashford following the launch of Cullen’s at Home Fresh from the hotel’s Cullen’s at the Cottage restaurant, Cullen’s at Home is a new click & collect service.




The menu, created by Ashford Castle’s Executive Chef Philippe Farineau, features standout dishes that showcase the hotel’s amazing local suppliers.  Choose from Inishbofin crab arancini, Connemara lobster & prawn salad, Andarl Farm pork belly, red wine braised short rib, seafood bouillabaisse, along with a delicious selection of vegetarian and vegan options.  Desserts include a decadent chocolate chip cookie vanilla ice cream sandwich and a peanut butter choux with raspberry gel.   There’s even a children’s menu, making Cullen’s at Home the perfect weekend family dining option.

With starters from €6.50 and main courses from €12.50, dining like royalty has never been more accessible.   

On Saturdays only, get the dining table ready for Cullen’s legendary seafood platter featuring the freshest selection of lobster, langoustine, shrimp, crab claws and mussels, served with salads and dressings (€45).

A selection of wines from Ashford Castle’s own cellars can also be ordered to complement the perfect meal including Cotes de Duras, Sauvignon Blanc (€15.50), Albarino Eidosela, Galicia (€19.50) and Malbec Pascaul Toso, Mendoza (€19.50).
