An update from Guinness Storehouse!

"Dear Trade Partners,

On behalf of the teams here at Guinness Storehouse, Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Roe & Co Distillery and Smithwicks Experience Kilkenny, we wanted to take a moment to connect at this truly unprecedented time for the tourism industry in Ireland and across the world. Together, we are facing a period of challenges and changes. While the length and course of the path ahead is not yet clear, we want to reassure you that we are truly committed to rebuilding together. The tourism industry in Ireland has evolved greatly, and we remain confident that we offer visitors a world-class welcome and unforgettable experience on our shores. Here behind the Guinness gates, our brand has withstood over 260 years, giving us faith that we can build on our heritage to rebound across all of our experiences. We will keep you informed as to when we will open again, and when we do, we will be excited to be introducing a new ticketing platform in the later part of year to deliver improved access to availability, best pricing and payment processing. Our 2021 rates across all experiences are available on request, should you require them for planning. Furthermore, we do have video, photography and recipe assets available if helpful to inspire your customer’s future planning.

Staying connected is critical – so please do outreach directly if you have any queries or can think of a way we might support each other during this time.

Warm regards,

Fiona & Sales Team at Guinness Storehouse "
