Speranza At The Mont Hotel


Speranza, an Italian inspired restaurant, is situated on Merrion Square’s doorstep at Dublin’s newest hotel, The Mont. Designed by 21 Spaces, the award-winning Architecture and Design consultancy, the woodfire pizza restaurant is a bright, stylish and vibrant space which is the perfect spot for a tasty lunch or dinner with friends. A buzzing and social hub of activity, this restaurant looks set to become one of Dublin’s most popular eateries, thanks to its tasty food and modern décor.

Head Chef Krys Kania along with his team have come up with the delicious menu after months of experimenting and tastings and he is excited to lead the team of chefs in the brand-new restaurant. Come lunch and dinner the wood fired oven is on full blast to create the tastiest selection of homemade pizzas. Other Italian themed dishes are also available including our Chef’s signature pasta dishes all of which can be accompanied by our carefully selected wines.

“It’s always exciting when you are part of the team opening a hotel or restaurant. Italian style food is definitely my favourite and I feel very lucky to be able to come up with a new Italian menu with my team,” says Kania.
