Maldron Hotel Parnell Square Officially Re-Launches Post €17 Million Investment

The Maldron Hotel Parnell Square, celebrated the re-launch of the hotel following a €17 million investment and a significant extension and refurbishment. The hotel which is part of Dalata Hotel Group plc (“Dalata”) commenced works in November 2017.

As part of the refurbishment, completed by Townmore Construction, Dalata purchased 3 Georgian houses on Granby Row allowing for the development of 53 additional bedrooms, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 182. The newly renovated hotel also boasts a brand-new Grain & Grill Bar & Restaurant and a new Red Bean Roastery Coffee Dock which will be open from 7am. Another new feature of the hotel is the large skylight covered atrium space where guests can relax at any time of the day. The renovation has supported the growth in employee numbers, generating an extra 25 positions across the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre and a three-minute walk from Ireland’s premier thoroughfare, O’ Connell Street.
