Dawn Meats launches Vintage Reserve range of dry aged beef at Catex 2019


At Catex, Dawn Meats Foodservice, a Division of Dawn Meats, the supplier of choice for a large range of restaurants, hotels and caterers throughout Ireland has launched its Vintage Reserve range of dry aged beef to complement its extensive range of crafted meat products.

Speaking at the Co. Waterford processor’s beef and lamb cutting demonstrations, Commercial Manager Neil Lanigan said “Dawn Meats is delighted to showcase at Ireland’s Premier Foodservice Show and we are proud to introduce our Vintage Reserve.
