Castleknock Hotel Win Customer Experience Excellence Award At Fingal Dublin Business Excellence And

This month, Castleknock Hotel was once again recognised for its polished standard of service, having won the highly coveted Customer Experience Excellence Award in the Tourism and Hospitality Sector at the Fingal Dublin Business Excellence and CSR Awards 2018.

Held on the 9th November at a black-tie gala award evening in the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin Airport, Castleknock Hotel was once again awarded for it’s efforts in the hospitality industry, judged by a panel of expert independent judges and mystery shoppers. Researchers for the awards visited each hotel to assess the quality of all aspects of their offering from initial impressions to exceeding customer expectations. Open to all entrants who provide an attraction, activity, facility, service or accommodation to customers, a coveted award from Fingal Chamber seeks to create awareness of and highlight business excellence across all business sectors, private, public and charity. Upon presentation of the award, it was revealed that the researcher was “highly impressed by the friendliness and the professionalism of the people I came into contact with. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and made me feel that they valued [their] business” With competition from DCU Campus Residences & Accommodation- Glasnevin, Malahide Castle and Gardens, Wrights Anglers Rest- Castleknock, Castleknock Hotel came out top at the award ceremony.
