The Montenotte Hotel is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah O’Donovan to the position of Food & Beverage Manager at the luxury Montenotte Hotel in Cork City centre. A graduate of Hotel & Catering Management from NUI Galway, with postgraduate qualifications in HR from Dublin Institute of Technology, Sarah has over 6 years experience in the hotel and catering management both in Ireland and France. With both qualifications and experience, Sarah brings the professionalism of a seasoned manager to the role at the Montenotte Hotel.
