New Director Of Operations Appointed at Conrad Dublin


Conrad Dublin has recently expanded its management team with the appointment of new Director of Operations, Kevin Brennan.

With a varied career in the hospitality industry, Kevin joins the existing impressive team at Conrad Dublin, taking the helm as Director of Operations. Over the past decade Kevin has served in many capacities, most recently at Hilton London Wembley where he was Director of Operations, DoubleTree Burlington Rd, as Food & Beverage Manager/Director of Operations and Whites of Wexford where he held the position of Food & Beverage Manager.

Kevin Brennan hails from Wexford town. Nurturing his passion for the hospitality industry, his parents (both worked in the industry) encouraged him to take a part-time job as a Hall Porter at the Talbot Hotel in Wexford whilst still a schoolboy!

Allured by the luxury travel industry, Kevin finished his schooling and headed for a career in hospitality with his training years spent at the Kilkenny River Court hotel & Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.

From hotel management stints in Wexford and Dublin he crossed the pond to London working at Hilton London Wembley. In his spare time he loves to indulge his passion for all things food & wine, running the food & wine off, listening to all kinds of music, reading Irish history and watching the occasional GAA match. Kevin’s role at Conrad Dublin is to augment the overall guest experience and service offering and hopes to enhance the current Conference & Banqueting offerings from the Ballroom, to the charming and intimate surrounds of the private dining areas and the contemporary Coburg and popular Lemuel’s.
