BuJo Introduces New Limited-Edition Wexford Wagyu Burger


Meat-lovers rejoice, as BuJo today announced it is adding one of the most desirable meats in the world to its menu, with the launch of its limited-edition Wexford Wagyu Burger. BuJo’s Culinary Director, Gráinne O’Keefe has brought her fine-dining credentials to the fore and paired the highly sought-after wagyu beef with a few of the world’s most exquisite ingredients to create BuJo’s most luxurious and mouth-watering burger to date. Working with an innovative farmer in Co. Wexford, Gráinne has sourced an exclusive amount of Wagyu beef from this world-famous breed. Originally from Japan and renowned for its intense marbling, Wagyu beef delivers a distinctive, rich and tender flavour. As if Wagyu were not super-premium enough, Gráinne has complemented it with some even more exclusive fresh ingredients including Oliver Carty’s thin cut, dry cure streaky bacon, Pedro Ximénez glazed snowball onions, Gorgonzola Dolce and finished off with a dolloping of Fresh Summer truffle mayo.

With the ‘Sunny South East’ continuing to inspire BuJo’s menu, customers can now finish their meal on a sweet note, with the launch of BuJo’s first ever dessert. A quirky interpretation on the classic Eton Mess, the BuJo Mess uses both ice cream and strawberries sourced locally from Co. Wexford. The Wexford Wagyu Burger is available exclusively at BuJo from 17th July for 30 days.
