Colourful Towns, Beautiful Coastline & A Charming City … Put Cork City & County On Their Buc

Where else would you find a thriving 18th century food market, an iconic whiskey legacy and a sure fire way to obtain the famous “gift of the gab”? Tourism Ireland has unveiled a new online video, called "Top Things to do in Cork". It highlights some of the star attractions of the city of Cork and its beautiful surroundings.

The video is full of great suggestions of things to see and do in Cork, where the Wild Atlantic Way meets Ireland’s Ancient East. Created to encourage potential visitors around the world to come and visit this part of Ireland – with its vibrant city, beautiful coastline, delicious food and colourful towns – the video features places like the English Market, Cork City Gaol, Spike Island, Blarney Castle, Titanic Experience Cobh and Páirc Uí Chaoimh, as well as the Cork Jazz Festival. The film is being promoted to potential visitors through Tourism Ireland’s social platforms, including Facebook (around 4.25 million fans worldwide), Twitter (496,000 followers) and YouTube.
