Dermott Jewell Joins The Firm

Dermott joins the established Firm team as a Hospitality Recruiter, he brings deep knowledge to the role having started his restaurant career at L’Ecrivain, he also worked at The Fat Duck under Heston Blumenthal before working with The Merrion Hotel and opening Saison Restaurant on Kildare Street.

In recent years Dermott worked for KSG managing several prestigious accounts under the TwoAndYou banner associated with Two Star Michelin Restaurateur Patrick Guilbaud.

Dermott is a DIT Cathal Brugha Street Graduate having completed a B.S.c in Culinary Entrepreneurship and a distinction in Wine Studies from the WSET.
