Temple Garner & Conor Kavanagh Open Bresson in Monkstown

Old friends Temple Garner and Conor Kavanagh have partnered up for a new venture in Monkstown, South County Dublin. Located on The Crescent in the unit that used to house Seapoint, Bresson brings fine dining back to an under-served area.

Named after photographer Henri Cartier Bresson, the vision is to offer proudly old-school French food that draws on the immense experience of Conor and Temple and their love of local produce, classic cooking and old school charm and service.

The building has seen a complete makeover and tasteful re-design by O’Donnell O’Neill. The result is understated elegance from the new, grander entrance through the re-furbished and much-loved terrace to the main dining room with its open fireplace and linen dressed tables.

Bresson is open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday and lunch Thursday to Sunday. Bookings for tables in the restaurant can be made through OpenTable. Reservations by phone: (01) 284 4286.
