Commenting on this new partnership, John Saunders, Director, See Change said; “Mental health has been an uncomfortable subject at work for far too long. Our mission is to change that in an enduring way. Nobody, and no business, is immune from this and we want to educate the hospitality business on how to create a great culture, a protocol to manage these issues and enable change through education, real stories and by interacting directly with people. To do this, we need to continue to grow our industry expert partners so that our reach is long, deep and meaningful on such an important area of all our lives. We are particularly delighted to partner with Conor Kenny & Associates who have a great passion and reputation for developing people and making sure they can be in the best frame of mind to achieve their potential”
Conor Kenny said:“Without people, no business exists. Hospitality is even more focused than many industries on human interaction. For quite some time, we have had a strong desire to uncover the hidden topic of mental health in the workplace and to play our part in developing new attitudes towards these unseen things. We were absolutely delighted to have discovered See Change and the wonderful work they are doing in this regard. It is a natural partnership and a programme we are not just excited to be running but a programme we are really looking forward to participating in ourselves”
The Programme, 5 modules over 5 days, will begin in late March and conclude in Mid-May, 2018.
The course will be strictly limited and exclusively for hospitality professionals and leaders.
