Talking Screen Tourism In New Zealand
Wellington in New Zealand, from its position as ‘Middle-earth’, provided the perfect setting for a recent discussion on the importance of screen tourism. Moderated by Irish-born Cathy O’Sullivan, the panel included Tourism Ireland CEO Niall Gibbons and Tourism New Zealand CEO Stephen England-Hall. The audience was made up of influential members of the New Zealand film and tourism sectors, as well as government representatives.
