This year’s competition saw entrants, both national and multinational, from a variety of sectors. Catherine Lambe, HR Director for Musgrave Wholesale Partners, accepted the award on behalf of the company. She commented, “Engaging all of our colleagues with our vision for the Food Emporium at the Ballymun store was critical to our success. The entire team worked hard to create a unique Food Emporium for our customers. We focused first on developing a team of experts to provide excellent service to customers and we have now developed a full calendar of events for customers to learn from leading foodservice experts that they can bring back and implement in their own businesses.”
