Clear Your Schedule – The Lobster Festival at Suesey Street is Back!

Lobster lovers came out in force to sample seafood at its best at last year’s Lobster Festival at Suesey Street. If you missed out, the good news is that lobster is back on the menu throughout July and August with diners having the opportunity to indulge in one of the seas’ most popular delicacies in the relaxed, informal but gorgeous restaurant, outdoor terrace and bar on Fitzwilliam Place.

Irish lobster is being showcased once again as Head Chef Gareth Naughton creating a brand new lobster menu, with five lobster dishes being added to the lunch and dinner menu at Suesey Street. Those that love the wonderful combination of lobster and truffle will feel spoiled with lobster and summer truffle linguine and a lobster BLT burger with truffle fries on offer. The lobster and crab ravioli with lobster sauce and caviar combines a selection of tempting textures. Why not try a lobster, mango and avocado salad or the lobster bisque with smoked Gubbeen cheddar toastie for a classic comfort dish with a twist.

Suesey Street’s dedicated Lobster Festival cocktail, the Lobster Bloody Mary is making a welcome return to the already extensive cocktail menu during July and August too. Claws with a kick! A cosy, clubby basement bar and bistro with great food and cocktails, a bright and comfortably cushioned terrace and excellent service led by Ireland’s best-known maître d’, John Healy, Suesey Street is so called as a nod to the original Georgian name for Leeson Street. In putting one of the most popular menu items from historic Georgian Dublin back in the spotlight, Suesey Street gives another stylish nod to the past in a very contemporary way. Suesey Street is open for lunch from Tuesday to Friday, and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, for guests to enjoy good times and great food. Suesey Street
